AJ Moving Services provided an exceptional and stress-free moving experience from start to finish. The person who helped set up our appointment was polite, professional, and very helpful. Our movers were outstanding—I only wish I remembered their names so I could give them proper recognition! They worked hard, maintained positive attitudes, and paid careful attention to detail. They thoughtfully wrapped our belongings and stayed mindful of their surroundings to avoid any damage, even while carefully navigating very heavy items down a challenging set of stairs. Moving as seniors is a daunting task. We chose AJ Moving Services based on their reviews and Edgar’s reassuring demeanor during the in-home estimate. The five movers were careful, hard-working, kind men who diligently packed (at times overpacked) our items, especially the dishes and breakables. Any questions or requests from us were met and answered with kind patience. This was a whole-house move, requiring two trucks. Everything was delivered to our new home the same day in perfect condition, nothing missing or broken. I hate to be the first person to leave a one star review, but that's only because I couldn't leave zero stars. I had contacted AJ's based on the stellar reviews, but that was not my experience. I called and quickly set up an appointment tor an estimate. The estimator came out and told me I would have an estimate in 1 to 2 days. It's been 6 days and counting. They ghosted me like a bad Tinder match. I was met with a phone that rang non stop when I tried to reach out. AJ movers were timely, friendly and professional. They very efficiently prepared my furniture and loaded their truck with care. Upon entering my new residence they took time to precisely place everything and were careful not to bump anything despite right stairways.
