The country’s foundation was laid seven years ago in 2018 when the owner started looking at the available moving companies in Maryland and Virginia. During this time, he felt a need for a locally-owned moving company, hence the establishment of AJ Moving Services. Our main aim from the start was to build a local moving company that cared about the memories of relocating people rather than fetching the dollar-signed bone. The owner of AJ Moving Services had been in the moving business for about 10 years when he decided to make a hometown moving company that respected its customer’s dear memories. Since then, our moving company has served the good people of Maryland, Virginia, Colombia, and Washington, DC. Our passion for the work, unwavering dedication, and will to hold fast to the highest service standards enabled us to build strong relationships with our customers and surrounding communities. Unlike other local and long-distance moving companies, we don’t rely capitally on advertisements. Rather the great words mouthed by our past customers are the driving force of our business. Although our company started out offering local moving services only, later, the heartily happy and encouraging clients propelled us to extend our services. Hence, we introduced our independent commercial moving, residential, short-, long-distance, and packing services.
